Pick Your Program!

We currently have two programs at BBBS of South Central Indiana -

Community-Based Mentoring:

Commitment: Spend 4 or more hours a month with your Little.
Flexibility: Schedule outings at times that work best for both you and your Little.
Responsibilities: Provide transportation to and from activities, cover the cost of outings, and maintain communication with the family between meetings.
Duration: We ask for a one-year commitment to this program, including the summer months. (If you are not in the area over the summer, we ask that you have at least monthly contact with your Little and their family through phone calls, video calls, or letters.)

Lunch Buddies:

Commitment: Spend 2-3 hours per month with your Little in weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Location: Meet at your Little's school during lunch or recess (primarily in Monroe County)
Activities: All activities are provided for you to enjoy together.
Duration: A one-year commitment is required, but there are no volunteer expectations during the summer.
