School-to-Work and Site-Based volunteers are only permitted to see and have contact with their Scholar/Little at the approved BBBS site/cohort location. Contact outside of the approved BBBS site/cohort location may lead to termination of your match. 



BBBS's proven matching system matches Mentors/Bigs and Scholars/Littles based on numerous factors, including each individual's personality, their hobbies and interests, their statement preferences, and identified strengths in Mentors that may benefit a Little.



The single most important thing you can do in your match with your Scholar/Little is to show up for them consistently. 



Your Match Support Specialist is your built in support-system for your match. They can provide you with additional trainings, answer you questions, encourage relationship building, and are a great source of support for our families and provide resources as needed.
