LICENSE & USE OF LOGO

Both parties grant each other a limited, non-exclusive license to use each other's logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. All uses must be approved in writing.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY

This Agreement does not grant the Sponsor exclusivity unless expressly stated.

LIABILITY

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their respective actions under this Agreement.
