This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Sponsor will support the Nonprofit through financial or in-kind contributions in exchange for specific sponsorship benefits. This may include Event sponsorship, Annual sponsorship, or Program sponsorship.

LICENSE & USE OF LOGO

Both parties grant each other a limited, non-exclusive license to use each other's logos and trademarks solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement. All uses must be approved in writing.

NON-EXCLUSIVITY

This Agreement does not grant the Sponsor exclusivity unless expressly stated.

LIABILITY

Each party agrees to indemnify and hold the other harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from their respective actions under this Agreement.
