Things to Prepare before starting the application

Thank you for starting your first steps with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona! Now that you have learned about our programs, we'll need some information from you to process everything on our end. Here are a few items to keep in mind before proceeding with your application:


  • This application will take around 30 minutes to complete, you may save your progress and return to it later at any time.
  • At the end of this form you will be prompted to e-sign. You will then verify via a link sent to your email. Your application will be considered incomplete until you verify using that link.
  • Once you submit the application, you will be directed to schedule your interview, either In-Person or Virtually*. If you need any accommodations feel free to reach out.
  • Please have your Car Insurance Card, Driver's License, and contact information for Personal and Professional References before starting the application.
