Only matches who have reached their first year are eligible to apply for ONE home visit per year (12 months). Overnight visits are NOT allowed. CBBBS’ community-based program promotes low- to no-cost outings in the community to discover and learn through activities outside of the home. In general, CBBBS does not promote frequent home visits. Please complete the following form to submit your request.
