The Janet E. Proctor Scholarship is awarded to a former “Little” enrolled at an accredited institution of higher education. Mentor or Mentee experience, Character, Attitude, Academic History, Initiative and Involvement in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwestern Wisconsin activities are factors considered in awarding the scholarship. The scholarship award is a minimum of $1000.00 paid directly to the institution indicated.
Eligible applicants are:
Former/Current “Littles” who are scheduled to attend classes in the Fall 2025 term.
“Littles” are defined as children that have successfully completed the match process and have spent a minimum of 1 year in the 1 on 1 mentorship site-based or community-based program.
