Volunteer Eligibility - Please note that applications can only be considered after three years following receipt of a DUI, or after an individual with a history of substance abuse has achieved at least three years of sobriety. We also are unable to accept volunteers who currently use illegal substances.

Application involves fingerprinting and the use of your SSN for a background check.
