As a long-time supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters - locally and nationally - Alan Bernon believes strongly in positive work ethic and staff appreciation initiatives.  The annual "Bernon Awards" are intended to recognize and reward employees who consistently demonstrate the highest level of performance and achievement throughout the Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star Team.
